Squeeze the handle to open the basket, and scoop your tea leaves right into the ball! Great for a cup of tea, or a small pot. The stainless steel mesh keeps all your tea leaves contained.
Easy to clean, just squeeze the handle to open, and dump out the tea leaves, then rinse the open ball with warm water to dislodge any remaining tea and you're good to go for your next cup! Hand wash in warm soapy water, or toss in the dishwasher for a thorough deep clean. (yes, they're dishwasher safe!) Can even be used to stir in sweeteners and creamers while your tea steeps.

Please note that while this strainer features a fine stainless steel mesh, some particles and smaller pieces of broken leaves may escape into your tea, particularly with finer teas such as rooibos. For a "cleaner" cup, check out our reusable cotton muslin filters, or disposable paper filters.
